Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Learn Fast English, we strive to provide our students with flexible and fair policies regarding cancellations and refunds. Please review the following guidelines carefully.

Single Lesson
If you need to cancel a single lesson, please be aware that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson is due to commence will result in the deduction of that lesson from your lesson credits. The only exception to this policy is in the case of an emergency. If you experience an emergency, you may request a re-credit of the lesson, which will be considered at the discretion of Learn Fast English. To facilitate this process, please include the reason for your cancellation in your email so that we can accurately assess your situation and determine whether a re-credit is possible.

Bundle Lessons
For students who have purchased a bundle of lessons, we offer a more extended notice period for cancellations. If you wish to cancel your bundle lessons, you must provide written notice at least 15 days in advance to qualify for a refund of the remaining balance. Please note that a cancellation fee of 10% of the total bundle price will be applied to your refund. This fee covers administrative costs and helps us manage the scheduling of lessons for other students.
